Social Meetings

The Hometowner’s Club gathers bimonthly for a delicious lunch and a well-planned program on a wide range of topics. The programs include musical entertainment, guest speakers on financial topics, arts and crafts, and more! The Hometowner’s Club’s various activities are also scheduled and planned at these meetings.

  • March 12, 2025 – 10:00 AM:  Hillcrest Banking Center. TCB will provide soups and drinks. Desserts are welcome!
  • May 14, 2025 – 11:00 AM:  Freeman Lake Park, Searle Pavilion, 240 Freeman Lake Park Rd. TCB will provide meat and drinks. Vegetables, salads, and desserts are welcome!
  • July 9, 2025 – 10:00 AM:  Hillcrest Banking Center. TCB will provide sandwiches and chips. Desserts are welcome!
  • September 11, 2025 – 4:00 PM:  Freeman Lake Park, Searle Pavilion, 240 Freeman Lake Park Rd. TCB will provide meat and drinks. Vegetables, salads, and desserts are welcome!

2025 Hometowner’s Club Trips & Events

  • PIGEON FORGE, TN – DOLLYWOOD & DreamMORE RESORT – Tuesday, April 22 through Thursday, April 24, 2025:  Calling all Dolly Parton fans! Experience the magic of her world with a delightful two-night stay at the DreamMore Resort in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. This place embodies Dolly’s cherished values of storytelling and the importance of family. Begin your adventure with an exhilarating evening at the Dolly Stampede, where you’ll witness captivating horse-riding stunts, mesmerizing special effects, and uplifting music, all while savoring a mouthwatering four-course feast that will tantalize your taste buds! Start your Wednesday morning with a delicious breakfast treat at Song & Hearth: A Southern Eatery, with a delightful array of Southern-inspired dishes. Afterward, head to Dollywood Theme Park to immerse yourself in the vibrant Flower & Food Festival.   • LOUISVILLE, KY – CHURCHILL DOWNS – Friday, May 23, 2025:  Don your finest betting hats and elegant bow ties as we set out for an exciting day at the renowned Churchill Downs! Join us for an exhilarating afternoon filled with live horse racing, where you can feel the thrill of the crowd as majestic Thoroughbreds thunder down the track. We’ll also have the opportunity to explore the fascinating Kentucky Derby Museum, which is rich in the history and tradition of the Kentucky Derby. As we meander through the stunning historic grounds on a guided tour, you’ll be captivated by the charm and beauty of this world-famous, legendary venue. Our adventure begins on the first night with a delightful buffet dinner at the renowned Blue Gate Restaurant, where you can savor various delicious dishes in a warm and inviting atmosphere. After our meal, we’ll take our seats for an enchanting performance titled “Salute to the Stars,” a tribute show celebrating the legendary talents of Kenny Rogers, Dolly Parton, and Elvis Presley.
